[Community] Councilor Chris Pryor schedule & CAN?

OK, so we know Councilor Pryor's schedule/availability. Perhaps at the next board meeting this is an issue that can be addressed. If the regularly scheduled board meeting is on the 4th Wednesday of the month (April 26th), I won't be able to attend as I'll be in a conference in Portland.
