[Community] Meeting Tonight

Got your message about the meeting. Monday night is a Eugene Budget
Committee meeting and I can't attend the CAN. Budget Committee is only an
issue in April and May, but City Council does meet every second and fourth
Monday of the month from 5:30 until 10 pm. First and third Mondays are
clear. Thanks
